How payments are handled.
1. Full Payment
Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your booking. Your appointment is not secured until payment is complete.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details on our servers.
3. Pricing Adjustments
If on-site conditions differ materially from the information provided at booking, we will discuss any pricing or scope adjustments with you before proceeding.
