1. Insurance & Bonding

Perfecto Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive bonding and insurance. All cleaning professionals are vetted and trained.

2. Damage Claims

If you believe damage occurred during a service, notify us within 24 hours with details and photos. See our Damage Claims Policy for the full process.

3. Valuables & Fragile Items

Please secure cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable or high-value items before your appointment, and flag fragile items in your booking notes. We may decline to clean certain delicate items to avoid risk.

4. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that cannot be remediated through standard cleaning.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfecto Cleaning Services's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, and Perfecto Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
