Cancellation Policy

Our policy for rescheduling and cancelling appointments.

1. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, subject to availability.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit part or all of the payment to compensate for reserved time.

3. No-Access & No-Shows

If our professional cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the payment may be retained.

4. Changes by Perfecto

In rare cases Perfecto Cleaning Services may need to reschedule. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative, your payment will be refunded in full.
